Две жилые комнаты, просторная кухня, санузел, кабельное телевидение, безлимитный интернет, WI-FI, все для комфортного проживания. Свой дворик, во дворе стол, кресла, качели и место для парковки автотранспорта. Светло и уютно!

Advantages:

Очень чисто, свежее постельное бельё, наличие цветов, тепло, наличие балкона/лоджии застекленное. Доброжелательные и приветливые хозяева - проблем с поздним заселением не возникло. Хорошая бытовая техника, квартира оформлена с тонким вкусом и интересным дизайном. Всем рекомендую!

Disadvantages:

Слышимость из других квартир отличная и это мешает. Из окна - вид на стройку-грохот бульдозера
