Сдаётся однокомнатная квартира рядом с монастырём (10–12 мин. пешком).
Низкая цена обусловлена неоконченным ремонтом. В квартире чисто и уютно, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Недостатки только эстетические.
В квартире могут проживать максимум два гостя. Одна двуспальная кровать 160 * 200 с ортопедическим матрасом Ikea, холодильник, газовая колонка (индивидуальная система отопления), телевизор, Wi-Fi, плита, фен, утюг, чистое постельное бельё и полотенца, индивидуальные средства гигиены, на кухне всё необходимое для приготовления пищи.
Нет микроволновки, стиральной машины.
В квартире категорически запрещено курить (электронные сигареты в том числе), шумные вечеринки, распитие алкоголя также под запретом!
Приветствуется бесконтактное заселение. Парковочное место под окном во дворе.
