Тихо, спокойно.

Disadvantages:

Нет кондиционеров, один сан. узел, газовая колонка греет воду неравномерно, когда мылись 7 человек по очереди - были трудности с нагревом :))

Disadvantages:

Мне кажется, далёковато от монастыря. Но это если пешком, на авто - минуты 4.
